We will be featuring 4 businesses each quarter, recommended by our municipal partners and our Small Business Committee. The businesses of the quarter will receive special advertising, a framed certificate and plaque, a resolution presented to their city council, and recognition at our monthly business meeting.
Since that time, Mr. Osteen has grown the company to a well-respected community business that has 5 employees. ATO Ltd. remains a respected company. ATO Ltd. became a member of the Greater CWC in 2017, and since that time has become involved and supported the programs of the Chamber, as well as supporting the needs of the Chamber and its members.
Specifically, during the COVID pandemic, ATO Ltd. has donated resources, equipment and cleansing materials – to include donating sanitizing solutions throughout the Chamber building and free-standing hand cleaner for entry points. During the COVID Pandemic, ATO Ltd. partnered with the Council of Aging to distribute food to the elderly shut-ins by providing food containers, utensils and other products to make sanitary home delivery of the food possible to hundreds of seniors in need.
ATO Ltd. is also involved as a Board member of the West Columbia Police Officers’ Foundation, where Mr. Osteen personally donates his time for the management of the program, as well as donating antiseptic supplies to the department during COVID that assists in mitigating the spread of COVID among the Police Officers; also, personally purchasing Departmental Designed Face Masks for each officer to wear during the COVID Pandemic. Congratulations to ATO Ltd.
